Wall Push-Up
Wall Push-Up is a mat pilates exercise for the chest and triceps.
How to do it
- Hands on the wall at shoulder height, a little wider than your shoulders
- Step back until your body is one straight line from head to heels
- Bend your elbows to bring your chest toward the wall, then push away
Coach’s tip
Step farther back from the wall to make it harder.
How much to do
