Triangle Pose
Triangle Pose is a yoga pose for the hamstrings, obliques and inner thighs. All you need is a mat.
The animated figure highlights the muscles worked.
How to do it
- Legs straight and wide, front foot pointing forward
- Reach forward, then lower the hand to your shin or a block
- Top arm to the ceiling, chest open
Coach’s tip
Keep both sides of the waist long; that matters more than reaching lower.
