Standing Wall Kickback
Standing Wall Kickback is a mat pilates exercise for the glutes.
How to do it
- Face the wall with both hands on it and lean forward a little
- Kick one straight leg back and up with your glute, not your lower back
- Pause at the top and lower with control; hips stay square to the wall
