Reverse Dumbbell Fly
The Reverse Dumbbell Fly is a rear-shoulder exercise for the rear delts and back, done with dumbbells.


How to do it
- Hinge forward, flat back
- Raise the dumbbells out to the sides
- Light weight, pause at the top
