Roll-Up
Roll-Up is a mat pilates exercise for the abs.

How to do it
- Lie long, arms overhead
- Curl up one vertebra at a time and reach for your toes
- Roll back down slowly and with control

Too hard? Bend the knees or help with your hands behind the thighs.
